Description:	Chario is a very brightly colored Piralan -- and he doesn't have any red on him whatsoever! His base color is, in fact, a very vibrant shade of orange. Someone from a world to know such an item might even call him "traffic cone orange". His assorted fringes and tufts fade from his orange to an equally rich lemon yellow, and from that into pure white. Chario lets most of his feathering grow out to a decent length, but he keeps his mane cut short except for a little rattail that falls between his shoulders -- a vanity meant to mirror his bond's single braid, though most people don't even realize he has it. Contrasting his fiery coloration, his eyes are a rich, cool teal. In his human form (the only shifting variation he's mastered) he has coppery skin with a distinctly orange tint. All his hair retains his tri-color gradation, and that does mean all -- Akija is especially amused by his eyebrows, which fade orange-yellow-white from their innermost to their outermost points. His short-cropped hair resembles something like an errant flame-wreath about his head, and his rattail is far more noticeable. Chario's favorite color is green, and its deeper shades don't look half bad against his skin, so that's what he can usually be found clothed in.
Personality:	Chario is a very happy and perky dragon, out to earn a grin or a laugh whenever he can. He loves to tease and play and joke around with anyone that'll play back, so it's no wonder he and Akija get along so swimmingly. He lacks his bond's fiery temper, however, and is more likely to back away from a confrontation with the coolness of one who knows that a fight rarely gets anyone anywhere. He tempers Akija's fervor with his own caution, and she incites in him the boldness to go out and do things he might not be encouraged to do on his own.
