Personality: Silver is indisputably the most despondent of the Phantoms. He is a deeply sensitive soul, which along with making his music all the more heartfelt and emotion-invoking, means he is about as thick-skinned as a grape. Whenever he makes an offer of something to someone, if said offer is refused--no matter how kindly or gently--Silver falls into a deep melancholy that can last for days or even weeks. Though he will initially shun all efforts others make to console him, after a little while such consolation might be the only thing to get him out of his sorrow!

His cycle with Chrisphene is perhaps the most tragic. It doesn't matter that she gently turns aside all the other Phantoms as well, and that she is always quick with apologies and vows that they're still friends. Until (if ever) she loves him alone, it seems Silver will never know true happiness.

Abilities:
  • Phase-shifting: Silver undergoes a shapeshifting cycle according to the passage of time. He spends about a week in each "stage" of his cycle, going from first to fifth and then regressing through the intermediate stages back to first.
    • First Stage: A quadruped draconic form.
    • Second Stage: A draconic form that walks upright but hunched over.
    • Third Stage: The halfway stage between his two extremes: an anthropomorphic dragon.
    • Fourth Stage: A near-human stage with pointed ears, a line of fur along each forearm, and long digitgrade legs.
    • Fifth Stage: A pure human form.
  • Verbal Speech: The ability to speak aloud.
