| Description: | Like so many on Star City, Ceb is a girl of mixed descent, and has had her way with the cyborware installations available throughout the station. She has a full frame and warm brown skin, and her oddly red eyes are set in a heart-shaped face, which is pleasant enough to look at. Her hair is very long, in two similar shades of gold in distinct streaks, and she keeps it pulled up in a ponytail off the top of her head. A brown tail, draconic and lined with gold spikes, swings behind her, and tiny dragon wings, also brown and gold, are settled on her back. When it comes to her wardrobe, Ceb likes to dress in warm colors. |
| Personality: | Ceb is a very kind but socially inept young woman. Though she has a heart the size of a planet, she is very shy and nearly incapable of interacting with others in a casual setting. Though she does fine at work, being told what to do and communicating with her coworkers, in recreational settings she dissolves into stutters and panic attacks. Her dragon and flits are her best and only friends. |
