How such a tiny creature as a rukel can be a military man is uncertain, but that's undeniably what Apone is. Whenever he talks, it's in the commanding bellow of a drill sergeant and he has a knack for driving things home in as few words as possible. He has no tolerance for laziness in others yet can appreciate a certain amount of back-talking -- it shows spirit, after all, and spirit is damn fine as long as he's still obeyed. He's really one of those sorts who has a good heart underneath his snappy exterior, and everyone how knows him is aware of this.
