You wouldn't know Phoenix used to be human just from looking at her! The only thing still human about her is her mind, uploaded into the biomechanical brain of an AL (that's Artificial Life) android built in the shape of a xenomorph. Frighteningly smitten with xenomorphs from the moment their draconic kin made their appearance in Star City in the form of Lacass's clutch, Phoenix happily cast aside her humanity to don the appearance of a non-draconically-tainted xenomorph. That's not to say, however, she didn't 'taint' her new guise with a few alterations of her own! Her biomechanical body is crimson, with black hands and feet, black stripes on her thighs, and two white blaze-marks: one on her face, and the other on her chest. She also had black ears added, to aid in conveying expression, as well as a pair of short black horns above said ears, just because they looked cool! Her long, spiked tail ends in an arrowhead-shaped blade, rather than the typical curved spike, and the clawed, tube-like projections on her back are webbed together with black "skin", in the fashion of some varieties of burster xenodragons.

Really, how weird do you have to be to want to be a xenomorph? No matter though, that's what Phoenix is, and don't try to get an explanation for it out of her: her answer won't make sense anyway. She's trouble in a word, and somehow gets away with masquerading as a delegate of the Flights and Hatchings Ministry, though by all means she shouldn't! Her free trips to the furthest corners of the Nexus frequently result in her bringing back dragon kits sponsored in the name of Star City, though the Ministry she supposedly works for rarely actually gets to see said kits. She's incredibly random, so don't ever try to predict her--you'll only end up even more confused.
