If anyone is a little priss out of the Synth 10 batch of hatchlings, Quaestuo is it. He's fussy and prim and remarkably petty. He loves gossip, especially when it's gossip only he knows--though that won't last long, because he couldn't keep a secret if his life depended on it! Despite being rather a coward and not particularly clever, though, he does usually mean well and isn't going to intentionally hurt anyone. He just might not notice when he does until it's made obvious to him.

- Body-Heat Control: The ability to control one's body temperature, to keep warm, cool off, or even create one's own thermal for flight.
- Functional Magic: A wide-ranging ability to wield magic to just about any purpose, from object enchantment to protective spells, and more.
- Telepathy: The ability to speak mind-to-mind.
- Teleportation: The ability to teleport anywhere within sight or that can be strongly visualized in the mind.
- Seedling Reproduction: Ever few years, the dragon's gemlike scales bloom into flowery structures. If they contract the pollen of another seedling-capable dragon, they could very well become "pregnant", regardless of the dragon's actual gender.
- Shapeshifting (Asandus-Human Spectrum): The ability to shapeshift to any form between human and Asandus shapes.
- Verbal Speech: The ability to speak aloud.
