Bright-eyed and curious, Mendel is always ready to learn something new. Psychically drawn to Dr. Schroeder's powerful mind even before he hatched from his pod, Mendel now clings to the good doctor as tenaciously as a creeper-vine as often as he is able. The little Vinus dragon is determined to learn absolutely everything he can about genetics and the methods and processes of the Destiny, though so far his ability to actually correctly remember everything he has been told still needs a lot of work. His enthusiasm is boundless, but his memorization skills have a long way to go.
