| Description: |
As halfling, Regan is dwarfed by most of the other races on Star City, as a height just short of three feet puts her a most folks' waistlines. She has ruddy skin that appears tanned, and is of a slight, childlike build. Her eyes are the color of dark chocolate, and often possess a merry or impish twinkle. Her features are classically rounded, and her nutty-brown hair falls in chin-length loose waves. When it comes to clothes, Regan goes with the typical halfling style of comfort before finery, and practical without being spartan. She's not as old-fashioned as her parents are, however, having allowed some of the Star City style to flavor her wardrobe. Her tunics and slacks have odd clasps or cutouts, and her vests get lumi-wire trimming. Her feet are, of course, always bare but for the brown curls of hair on their topsides. |
| Personality: |
Regan is a bit of a troublemaker, much to the disappointment of her oh-so-unexciting parents. She's far from criminal, but her love of going out with her rowdy crew of mixed-species friends is an activity her folks wish she'd drop. Getting in trouble, as far as Regan goes, only amounts to things like snagging unattended IHDs out of the air for a quick game of catch or spray-painting pictures on dragons' sides as they doze on the flight deck, but from the way her parents treat it you'd think Regan flirts daily with getting arrested. Regan might like causing mischief, but she's definitely not out to hurt other people. The tricks she and her friends play are only nuisances, and are never aimed to cause suffering -- they never shoplift or pickpocket, and if one of their tricks goes astray and accidentally hurts someone, they confess immediately and set about trying to make things right again. And hey, sometimes they even manage to use their tricks for the forces of good -- nothing like getting clobbered with a well-pitched IHD to stop a man from trying to mug a little old lady! |
