- See-All-Things: Ouros's key abilities are focused around his sense of sight and various ways he can enchance his vision. He can magically focus his eyes to see things hundreds of miles distant from where he is (though this ability doesn't see much use in the confines of a spaceship) as well as magnify his vision to see things of microscopic detail. He can see in absolute darkness as well as in blinding light, so he never has to rely on or be hampered by ambient lighting. He can also see in all the spectrums of light, from ultraviolet to infrared. His eyes can also see through illusions and invisibility, and are perfectly capable of seeing earthbound spirits and ghosts. Ouros calls all these things his "See-All-Things" ability, and is likely capable of many other "sights" not named here.
- Telepathy: The ability to communicate mind-to-mind.
- Teleportation: The ability to teleport anywhere within sight or that can be strongly visualized in the mind.
- Verbal Speech: The ability to communicate in spoken words.
- Wingless Flight: Ouros's array of bizarre "headwings" somehow grant him the ability to fly, though they never actually flap except expressively.
