It's enough to keep him from raging at her, but on the whole he has no desire to control his emotions, seeing power in their very unpredictability and relying heavily on instinct. With her lashing tails and snapping heads, she's a whirlwind of poison-barbed death whenever she does leap into battle, but lounging in creature comforts is far more the way she prefers to pass her time. When fighting, she is inclined to be as quick and direct as possible, so she can get out of the battle faster, no matter how much Cassius would rather it be drawn out and full of suffering.
