The Egg Caverns

The Twisted Fate seems to be developing an unfortunate knack for attracting powerful entities: first the Red Demon, then Anathema Scalesbane, and now, Kyra Katastrephein. A sample of the godspirit's essence has been turned into a clutch, the mage-labs once again churning out undesired creatures in exchange for their lives and the continued existence of the ship itself.

None but the strongest, blackest of souls are being collected by the Seekers. Who else could suffer the bond of Catastrophe incarnate? (Besides, Seeking any other sort would surely just be a waste of time... wouldn't it?)

Yet again the Fate is put to use by a being that transcends the mere mortals of the ship, though Dritanys remains unsure exactly how Rezosuirpal Peregrin compares to the likes of Anathema Scalesbane and Kyra Katastrephein. Nevertheless, it's agreeable not to be threatened into a clutch for once, so his presence and clutch are not begrudged.

The Seekers hunt for people that walk the line between good and evil without ever truly crossing into one realm or the other...ordinary, everyday souls.
